Stephen Colbert Accuses Tucker Carlson of Stealing His Panda Bit

Instead of talking about Trump's lawyer, Carlson focused on "aggressive" pandas.

On Monday, the FBI raided the offices of President Trump’s personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, who is under investigation for possible bank fraud and campaign finance violations. But, Stephen Colbert points out, Fox New’s Tucker Carlson had something more important to talk about at the top of his show: aggressive and sex-crazed pandas.

Colbert points out that Carlson starts off by talking about the “lie” we are told about pandas — that they are almost extinct because they are cute and helpless. But Carlson said, “pandas could easily kill you if they wanted to, thank God they don’t.” Colbert mocks this “in-depth report” saying, “Basically he is saying something really bad could happen, but it doesn’t. That doesn’t just apply to pandas. Do you know with their size and strength, if they broke into your house hopped up on meth, blue whales could easily murder your entire family? Luckily for you, they’re too busy being whales … for now.”

Colbert goes on to say that the segment was “insane.” How does he know? It is a segment he did on The Colbert Show when he played an insane person. “Tucker Carlson stole my bit!” Colbert exclaimed.
