There are plenty of top 10 film lists circulating in the waning days of 2017, but Indiewire tapped several marquee directors to get the real experts’ picks. Among them is the great Spanish filmmaker and Oscar-winner, Pedro Almodóvar. For the cinephile, who crowned Call Me By Your Name as his top film of the year, it was a strong 12 months at the movie theater.
