Shaquille O’Neil’s massive three-acre Orlando estate is up for $28 million exclusively on Premier Sotheby’s International Reality. The NBA legend is moving to Atlanta and is selling the Florida property, which he bought back in 1993 when it was just a 23,000-square-foot Neo Colonial. After he bought it, it was renovated to its current 31,000-square-foot state. The All-Star-turned-analyst lived there long after leaving Orlando Magic for the Los Angeles Lakers in 1996.
The home has a marble fireplace, glass walls, formal dining room that seats 16, hand-crafted wood paneling and mouldings, a chef’s kitchen with custom wood cabinetry and six-foot granite-top cooking island, and a finely appointed family room. The estate also has a soundproof home theater with a long bar, a gallery hall that is fit for a royal art collection, and a room filled with game tables, a wet bar, wine refrigorator, sink, ice maker and balcony. The guest house alone has five bedrooms
The estate also features a 17-car showroom garage and fitness room, as well as a 2,100-square-foot secondary garage with a dance and recording studio.
The master bedroom is a 900-square-foot sleeping area and includes a balcony, a four-room closet, his-and-her maser baths with jetted showers and vanity sinks. The upstairs also has four more bedrooms.
The estate has a 95-foot-long, 15-feet-deep pool with a custom rock waterfall, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and an open cabana overlooking the beach side of a lake.
