Mark Cuban Was Investigated for Sexual Assault in 2011

Daily Beast says Cuban told a detective: “I’m so f-cked.”

According to a police transcript obtained by Oregon’s Willamette Week, billionaire owner of the Dallas Mavericks Mark Cuban was investigated for sexual assault in 2011. In the transcript, Cuban is quoted as saying, “F-ck me! I’m so f-cked,” when he was told of the allegation made against him. Willamette Week reports that a woman told police that Cuban assaulted her while they posed for a photography together at a bar in Portland. The women, who is not named, told police that the billionaire forced his hand down the back of her jeans and penetrated her vagina with his finger, reports Willamette Weeka claim which Cuban denied. Due to lack of witnesses and physical evidence, charges were never filed. “I filed the report because what he did was wrong,” the woman told the Willamette Week after it obtained the police transcript: “I stand behind that report 1,000 percent.” This leaked transcript is coming out just two weeks after a damning report from Sports Illustrated in which more than a dozen current and former Mavs employees allegations of a toxic work environment at the NBA team. The accusations in SI’s piece range from sexual harassment to domestic violence.
