The next celebrity to have his peers say horrible things about him on national television for our enjoyment will be Saturday Night Live regular, Alec Baldwin.

Baldwin’s Comedy Central Roast is being filmed this summer, according to Entertainment Weeklyfollowing the success of past specials that speared Justin Bieber, Bruce Willis and Rob Lowe, to name a few.

“Getting roasted will be the greatest honor of my lifetime besides being a father, a husband, hosting SNL seventeen times, receiving Golden Globes, Emmys, and working with Martin Scorsese,” Baldwin quipped in a statement.

Baldwin’s roasters have yet to be announced but it’s safe to say that comedian Jeff Ross will likely be on the dais as he has been for 14 of the 16 total roasts Comedy Central has produced. Other recent regulars include Pete Davidson, Natasha Leggero and Martha Stewart.

A promo for the episode showed a portrait of Baldwin hanging over a fireplace with a “World’s Greatest” label adhered to it as he says, “They say we’re our own worst critic. But I can’t find anything to criticize.”

A premier date has yet to be announced. Hopefully somebody will figure out how to fit in a joke utilizing the “ABC” scene from Glengarry Glen Ross.
