A giant balloon that depicts Donald Trump as an angry, diaper-wearing baby has been approved to fly near Parliament during the president’s upcoming U.K. visit. London Mayor Sadiq Khan’s Greater London Authority has approved a request for the flight after thousands of people signed a petition and raised more than $21,000 through a crowdfunding campaign to get the massive balloon off the ground, reports Sky News. The 20-foot-high balloon must be tethered to the ground so it does not fly higher than 98 feet. It will fly between 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. on Friday, July 13, coinciding with Trump’s visit to the U.K. as well as a “Stop Trump” march being held in central London.

A spokesperson for the mayor of London said: “The mayor supports the right to peaceful protest and understands that this can take many different forms,” according to Sky News. “His city operations team have met with the organizers and have given them permission to use Parliament Square Garden as a grounding point for the blimp.”
