It’s been eight months since Todd Snyder and L.L.Bean’s collaboration made its debut at New York Fashion Week, and at last, the collection is finally available to shop.

For the Maine brand’s first ever collaboration with an outside designer, Snyder leaned heavily into L.L.Bean’s heritage, gleaning much of his inspiration from time spent in its archives. It wasn’t long before Snyder developed into a full fledged love affair with Maine, the designer even going so far as to team up with luxury Maine resort Hidden Pond to create “The From Away Lodge by Todd Snyder,” an experience that serves as an extension of the collection.

Snyder’s reverence for L.L.Bean is evident in the collaboration, yet his own design ethos is still apparent, from the tailored fit of the clothes to the fabric choices and the modern silhouettes. Take this turtleneck sweatshirt depicting a scenic Maine in fall — the picturesque illustration is classic L.L.Bean turned slightly on its head as the scene spills over onto the sleeves Or take the many appearances of the famed Duck Boots peppered throughout the collection, gracing the front of a sweater and rendered in watercolor on a plain white tee.

As to be expected, the collection is already beginning to sell out quickly, but there are still some items to be snagged, like this long-sleeve graphic tee featuring L.L.Bean’s Katahdin logo or this lambswool turtleneck with L.L.Bean in script writing, meant to mimic Leon Leonwood Bean’s (the founder) signature.
