For your main menu, Brioza, along with his pastry chef Nicole Krasinski, will team up with Hugh Acheson of Five & Ten, from Athens, GA — James Beard Award winners all.
Meanwhile, Barzelay et al. (along with Mourad's Mourad Lahlou and Rich Table's Evan and Sarah Rich) contribute to the reception menu.
