Steelers safety Mike Mitchell ranted about the leagues stringent policy on hits, resulting in the suspension of teammate JuJu Smith-Schuster for one game. He ranted for four minutes about how the game feels like flag football, and how even though no one wants to get paralyzed or get a head injury, people shouldn’t turn football into a “dangerous, barbaric game.” He went on to say that it’s a contact sport, and there are going to be injuries but “if you don’t want to get injured. don’t come out here. This is for real men.”
