The popular podcast service Stitcher announced it is removing conspiracy theorist Alex Jones’s controversial program from its platform, reports Buzzfeed. Stitcher said that Jones has “harassed or allowed harassment of private individuals and organizations” on his show.

Jones would push baseless conspiracy theories on his show, The Alex Jones Show, and on his Infowars website. He is infamous for falsely claiming that the massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary School was a hoax, causing some of his fans to make death threats against the victims’ parents. He is now facing defamation suits from parents of Sandy Hook victims.

Anti-hate group Sleeping Giants has urged platforms that distribute Jones’s work to stop, since he made ad money off the content.
