Colbert Sums Up the First Trump-Clinton Debate

Last night was the first presidential debate, with candidates Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton facing off for over an hour. Many experts predicted that it would be the most-watched debate in history. And that was a good thing for comedian Stephen Colbert, whose Late Show has been one of the better talk shows for comedic political analysis. He may not have scored Trump or Clinton in the lead-up to the debate, but he made up for it in parody. (Watch his opening segment from last night, where he claimed to have watched the debate with the ghost of Abraham Lincoln.)

Last night, Colbert was airing live, going on just after the debate, and he put together this play-by-play. Watch the bipartisan results below.
