Grace Jidoun

Grace Jidoun is a Los Angeles-based journalist who writes about food, culture, and travel. Her work has appeared in Glamour, Epicurious, Clean Plates, The Nest, and BlackboardEats. She was also the Research Editor of Bon Appétit Magazine and was once sent on assignment to Scotland’s Orkney Islands, where she developed a life-long love of smoked whisky.
