Beth Graham is a freelance writer who shares stories about the things that feed her soul — food, wine and travel. Seeing the world and experiencing different cultures is her passion. She talked her husband into moving to Italy when their children were young so she could instill this same sense of wanderlust in them. Her work has taken her to 30+ countries and her culinary and cultural travel stories have appeared on food and travel sites including Fodor’s, Travelocity, Lonely Planet, Islands, Eating Well, Saveur, Southern Living, The Local Palate and others.
She often says she’s torn between traveling the world and staying at home with her dogs — black labs she rescued (and the 18-year old cat she adopted while living in Italy). Her dream is to someday buy a farm and take as many shelter dogs as humanly possible.
