Each week, our inbox runneth over with news of gear, apparel and tech releases from around the world. In this feature, we’ll parse through the best of them. Today: a limited-edition bottled of gin designed by Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Shinola’s first fully original in-house eyewear line and a campy collaboration between L.L.Bean and Snoopy.

Crown Affair

I Don’t Know What x The Oil

If you really want to smell better than everyone else, we recommend picking up Crown Affair’s collaboration with D.S. & Durga, which takes the former’s best-selling The Oil and infuses it with the latter’s cult-favorite fragrance enhancer, I Don’t Know What. Not only will you be left with luscious locks, your hair will retain subtle notes of bergamot, vetiver, sandalwood and more, allowing the oil to work with other scents you might wear or use it alone as your primary fragrance.

Opus

Opus SoundBed

A “home gym for your heart,” this sound-based bed offers up meditations, frequencies and music and translates it into a “full somatic experience of vibration throughout the body.” Plus, it folds up (perhaps to hide your unusual health regiment) and it’s portable.

Oak & Oscar

Oak & Oscar Jackson Big Eye

We’ve been keeping a close eye on Oak & Oscar ever since founder Chase Fancher set up shop in Chicago in 2015. The small-scale, big-impact watchmaker just released the Jackson Big Eye, which takes its name from the asymmetrical subdials. It’s quite possibly our favorite piece from them yet, and apparently others thought so too; only 50 were made and they sold out in approximately nine minutes. Thankfully Oak & Oscar has a few other styles to choose from, and they’ve also got a newsletter you can sign up for so you don’t miss out next time.

Edinburgh Gin

Edinburgh Gin Presents: Phoebe Waller-Bridge

The star and creator of Fleabag designed the bottle of this limited-edition gin, which uses hidden details to tell the inside story of the one-woman show and its connection to the city of Edinburgh. Only available in the U.K. starting later this month, proceeds will go to the city’s Fringe fest that helped launch the acclaimed play (and later TV series).

Lululemon

Lululemon Moon Drift Collection

We didn’t expect Lululemon to release a collection with a big-wave surfer, much less that we’d want every single piece from it. But that’s exactly what the athleisure brand has done with the Moon Drift Collection, collaborating with Pipeline crusher Mark Healey and even developing some real-deal surfing gear in the process.

Hoka

Hoka Anacapa Gore-Tex

The sneaker-boot category just got a new major player in the form of Hoka’s Anacapa GTX. Available in both mid and low styles, this release is determined not to put performance over comfort, or vice versa; it’s designed to do both with aplomb, thanks to a combination of Gore-Tex fabric, waterproof nubuck leather and a Vibram Megagrip outsole.

Tipsyscoop

Dogfish Head Hazy-O IPA Ice Cream

A collaboration with boozy ice cream gurus Tipsy Scoop, this dairy-free treat is made with oat milk from Elmhurst 1925 — the same oat milk found in DH’s Hazy-O! (a juicy IPA made with four types of oats). Each beer-y pint is 5% ABV and is packed with notes of chocolate, caramel, cinnamon and coconut. A four-pack ($49) is now available for pre-order.

Shinola

Shinola Eyewear and Sunglasses

If you like the classic sunglasses — your Ray-Ban Wayfarers, your Persol 649s — but hate being caught with the same shades as everyone else, take a gander at Shinola’s new offerings. The Detroit brand just launched its first fully original in-house eyewear line, including sunnies that are inspired by timeless styles while offering just enough originality.

Urban Outfitters

Urban Outfitters x Original Penguin

Arguably the fabric of summer, terry cloth is everywhere, and now Urban Outfitters is bringing us even more of the festive fabric with their latest collaboration with Original Penguin. The collaboration consists of button-down shirts rendered in bold, retro patterns featuring florals and mushrooms with solid drawstring shorts to match if you feel like making it a set. For those weary of the ’70s patterns, the collab also offers a button-down in a more understated solid blue and classic striped shirts.

Satisfy

Sonic Youth x Satisfy Running

Inspired by the American rock band Sonic Youth, Satisfy Running has created a 13-piece collection of funky-looking men’s apparel and accessories crafted with light compression Justice fabric, silky AuraLite material and Moth-Eaten organic cotton and boast lightweight, anti-wrinkle, anti-snagging and UV resistant properties.

L.L.Bean

L.L.Bean x Peanuts Collection

It’s been 38 years since L.L.Bean’s first collaboration with Peanuts, when they dressed Snoopy in 1983 for his “Snoopy in Fashion” World Tour and book release, and now for the brand’s second collaboration with the gang, they’ve transported Snoopy and Woodstock to the wilderness of Maine for their very own camping adventure. Classic L.L.Bean silhouettes including hoodies, long-sleeve tees, canvas totes and more have been adorned with the two iconic best friends in various outdoorsy situations. The collection also features insulated tumblers and Nalgene water bottles, perfect for toting with you as you embark on your own outdoor adventure.

Hodinkee

Unimatic x Hodinkee H Series Watches

Another day, another Hodinkee watch collab that sells out almost immediately. Yes, we’re sorry to say that all three of these limited-edition Unimatic pieces — which feature Swiss movements for the first time, and sport the watch magazine’s signature shade of grey — have all been snapped up. But hopefully this will put Unimatic, a relatively young but increasingly sought-after watchmaker, on your radar, and finally get you to sign up for Hodinkee’s newsletter.

Nike

Air Jordan 3 Retro Racer Blue

If you are anything like us, you might be wondering if you can really justify buying yet another pair of 3s. We’re here to tell you, though, that yes, you can. Because this pair, in addition to featuring the blue accents that give it its name, also boasts a reflective 3M coating on the iconic elephant print panels. So, you know, this is the pair you need for when it’s extra dark outside. We’re glad we could help.
