Former Chicago Bears cornerback Charles Tillman has made the catch of his life: landing a job as an FBI agent, according to Sporting News.

The former Pro-Bowler had been enrolled at Quantico’s FBI Training Academy since last year. A former U.S. Marshal told Sporting News that the FBI would normally prefer a recruit’s name to be out of the public eye, but that the Bureau will probably publicize Tillman’s for recruiting purposes. Tillman worked with law enforcement during some of his NFL off-seasons, and his father was an Army sergeant. During his 13 year-NFL career, Tillman recorded 911 tackles and 38 interceptions, and helped lead the Bears to Super Bowl XLI.
