Airline Introduces Betsy Beer, Brewed to Be Savored at 35,000 Feet

It’s a beer meant to be sipped in a rarified air—35,000 feet straight up, to be exact.

Cathay Pacific Airlines created Betsy Beer specifically for passengers flying at cruising altitudes. It boasts “a wheat base to combat bitterness,” “increased carbonation for added mouthfeel,” and is left unfiltered so it can “retain vitamin B” for its “restorative properties.”

It’s hard to verify Cathay Pacific’s claims, though, without shelling out for a ticket.
