Uber’s new update just made it a lot easier to make that public transportation connection.
Per Mashable, Uber has partnered with Transit, a Canadian navigation and transportation company. If Uber’s app is used on an Android device in a supported city, train times will pop up in the app when within a block of a train station. Users can also tap on the public transit information and enter the Transit app for more real-time data.
The update is already supported in nearly 50 cities, including New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago.
