A new startup thinks it has an idea, but is packaging and marketing enough?

Studies show that most men of a certain age experience a form of hair loss or erectile dysfunction. There are of course ways to treat both, but how do you sell wellness products for men in 2017? Hims, a new startup that launched in November, thinks it knows. They package their products with a hip website that promises free shipping, an easy online prescription approval process, in house physicians that answer questions, and sleek packaging. The company has moved away from the ultra-masculine idea of men’s health into a more fluid definition. Its not just about shaving or sex, but about wellness and lifestyle.
