Latifah Al-Hazzà

Latifah Al-Hazzá is a journalism graduate from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign (BS) and the University of Southern California (MS). She covers all things travel, whether it's skiing in Afghanistan or documenting her time on a luxury private island resort in the Caribbean. Her first international flight was when she was three months old, and since then she has traveled to over 80 countries. Latifah also has experience writing about food, drinks, design and beauty. In addition to InsideHook, her work can be found in Vogue Arabia, National Geographic, Travel + Leisure, Afar, Fodor’s, Forbes Vetted, Business Insider, and more. She is also the co-founder (along with her mother) of Femscape Sojourns, a boutique women’s travel company. In her free time, she's (still) traveling solo, with her parents or her friends, scuba diving, in a pilates reformer class, re-learning to play the piano, or creating trip itineraries for her friends.
