Here’s something even the grumpy “Get Instagram off my lawn!” folks will appreciate.

In a brilliant marketing ploy to plug its latest X-T3 digital camera, Fujifilm just created an island pop-up of sorts, morphing Fiji’s Bula Island into Fuji Island, an all-inclusive Instagrammer’s paradise where you can spend a few days snapping and sipping shots at a more than reasonable price.

Located a helicopter’s flight away from Nadi, Fiji, Fuji Island trots out the usual South Pacific suspects: pellucid surf, panoramic sunsets, verdant beachside jungles. And thanks to Fujifilm, a whole host of luxury comforts have arrived on the property as well. With rates at $2,200 a night (for you and a guest) and a two-night minimum stay in the island’s villa, expect run of the entire island, a personal staff of nine (including two gourmet chefs), opportunities to go paddleboarding or kayaking, and access to a long boat for impromptu island hopping.

Can you find a similar afternoon at a resort on a different Fijian island? Probably. Would it be as private and personal, or include a bunch of fancy Fujifilm equipment prime for immediate scrapbookin’? Doubt it.

Just this once, thank you, Instagram. Find more information on planning your stay here.
