After starting in Koh Samui, Thailand, Passport to 50 sends travelers to Siem Reap, Cambodia; Kathmandu, Nepal; Agra, India; Florence and Siena, Italy; Cannes and Moulinet, France; London; Barcelona, Ibiza, and Marbella, Spain; Marrakesh, Morocco; Havana, Cuba; Knoxville, Tennessee; Kona, Hawaii; El Nido, Philippines; a mystery destination; and concludes in Manila. Each stop has its own special quirks. For example, in London, Hotel 41 would recast itself to become “Hotel 50,” replacing the mosaic tile flooring, commissioning new monogrammed bed and bath linens, and even raising a “Hotel 50” flag for your stay; and in Asia, guests would be treated to a blessing by 50 monks amidst 50,000 lotus petals. Although just 12 percent of the trip’s total travel time is spent in the air, there’s still a lot of downtime getting from destination to destination, so Dreammaker makes the most of the 31,000 miles traveled.
