Professional BMX Biker Rides Down San Francisco Hills Doing a Front Wheelie

Born and raised in Huntington Beach, native Californian Mike “Hucker” Clark trekked up the coast to San Francisco to bomb down its famous hills. His goal? Complete one full slope, end-to-end, while “hanging five”— that’s when you do a front wheelie with just one foot standing up on the front pegs. As you can guess, Clark’s ride doesn’t go so smoothly at first. But after some trial and error, he steadies his balance enough to reach speeds of 55 mph.

The professional BMX rider is joined by fellow riders Tyler Fernengel, Drew Bezanson, Corey Bohan, Sergio Layos, and Anthony Napolitan on a Red Bull video series called “Raditudes.” Check out the San Francisco clip below.
