Table Stakes: July

To keep tabs on every New York restaurant and bar opening is folly. But to keep tabs on the most worthy? Yeoman’s and we’re proud to do it. Thus we present Table Stakes, a monthly rundown of the five (or so) must-know spots that have swung wide their doors in the past thirty (or so). Bon appétit.

Circa Brewing Co.
Downtown Brooklyn
You’re here because: Beer and pizza. The fancy kinds.
You’re dining on: Wood-fired thin crust pies like the Big Dipper (pork shank perfection on a pizza, basically) and the Salumi (a fancy pepperoni pizza, basically). And you’re swilling any number of their in-house brews; we liked the Nitro Pale Ale and Saison best.
