When you work hard for 100 years, the results tend to show. Just look at Steven Tyler.

Now you can get almost a century’s worth of experience, but in ultra-luxurious Italian bespoke suits, by booking an appointment at Cesare Attolini’s just-opened Madison Avenue boutique.

This is the first-ever American storefront from the prestigious Italian suitmakers, who specialize in the storied Neapolitan suit —  invented by family patriarch Vincenzo in 1930 as a radical reinvention of the Brits’ Saville Row model, and known by its natural soft shoulders and slimly-tailored fit.

The suits are gorgeous, and the process is rigorous: each suit is cut from exclusively milled fabrics, then hand-stitched in Naples by 20 craftsmen. They finish only 35 suits per day, and each piece takes 30+ hours to complete — not surprising considering an Attolini jacket contains over 3,000 individual stitches.

To get outfitted, simply call to make an appointment with Attolini’s Master Tailor. Your one-hour fitting includes over 15 measurements — from shoulder slope to calf circumference — plus a series of photos to incorporate your natural posture into the suit’s cut.

The result doesn’t come cheap, and delivery takes eight weeks, but your suit will fit like a second skin.

Something Steven could probably use at this point.
