It’s as if Evel Knievel made his own version of the Disney film ‘Up’. Erik Roner, a GoPro athlete, created a makeshift vehicle out of a lawn chair and 90 weather balloons, which sent him 8,000 feet skyward. But to make things interesting, he brought along the least safe fail-safe on the face of the earth to get himself down: a shotgun.
