If you ask the average fly fisherman why he loves the sport, he’ll likely tell you that it’s because of the peace and quiet first—and then the catch of the day. Getting to that placid river should be a stress-free affair, too, and luxury automaker Bentley has just the ride for fly fishing enthusiasts.

Created by their bespoke coach-building division, the Bentayga Fly Fishing by Mulliner is a luxury SUV packed with all the fly fishing essentials you’ll need once you find that perfectly serene spot, wherever it ends up being. You know what the basic $229,000 price tag gets you for a regular Bentley Bentayga—a 12-cyclinder engine, 0-60 in 4.0 seconds, and a top speed of 187 mph. Add about $100,000 to that base price and you get a trunk that transforms into a state-of-the-art fly fisherman’s closet. Set up in three separate units, the trunk includes a master tackle station (with a fly-tying vice and tools); refreshment case (with three metal flasks, Mulliner fine-china tableware, and food storage); and a waterproof wader-storage trunk. Also included is room for four fishing rods and a pair of landing nets.

Of course, you don’t have to be in fly fishing mode all day, every day; the three-pronged unit can easily be removed for family travel purposes. For more on the Bentley Bentayga, click here. Take a visual tour of the fly fisherman’s version below.
