One of the few downsides to extensive train journeys is that you’re in a confined space for a long time: it’s not a submarine, but you better believe the sleeping quarters are narrow. How to knock out the kinks and muscle aches of life in a small space? With a massage, of course — at the Bamford Haybarn Spa, two treatment rooms built into the Royal Scotsman’s carriages.
