If you’re a sports fan and watch ESPN, you’ve likely watched First Take pundit Stephen A. Smith bury any number of famous athletes. He’s become the Lightning Rod in Chief of sports talkers for his oftentimes controversial stances and opinions, which usually get picked apart by others in the sports media. Google his name, and you’ll find him ripping Bengals’ coach Marvin Lewis, NBA star Kevin Durant, and being analyzed by The Washington Post.

But you rarely get an in-depth look at the man himself. And last night on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Smith guested to talk about his early sports criticism work, being able to call the upcoming Pacquiao/Vargas boxing match, and why he was the spoiled child growing up. Watch the latter below.
