Belgian foodies are celebrating 10 years of “high dining” with a special event. The founders of Dinner in the Sky will celebrate the milestone by having 10 Michelin-starred chefs cook for 10 tables that are lifted by 10 cranes at the same time, high in the sky in front of the Atomium in Brussels. The list of chefs include Yves Mattagne of Seagrill, Lionel Rigolet of Comme Chez Soi, Pascal Devalkeneer of Chalet de la Forêt, David Martin of La Paix, Giovanni Bruno of Ristorante Senzanome, Luigi Ciciriello of Le Truffe Noire, Bart De Pooter of De Pastorale, Filip Claeys of De Jonkman, Wout Bru of Brasserie Bru, and Viki Geunes of ‘tZilte. Every day from June 1-5, chefs will treat 220 guests to a lunch and two dinners. —Caters News
