If someone blindfolds you on a date, the night is probably working out in your favor.

Kidnappings excepted.

Let’s assume you aren’t a relative of Liam Neeson … but that you are into some romantic sensory deprivation.

You’ll find the latter at Four Seasons Undercover, the luxury hotel’s intriguing new pop-up dining series, just announced.

Undercover is more than fine dining.

It’s an adventure.

And a mystery.

Seriously. You’ll be told a date, time and a Four Seasons location. That’s it.

But there are clues.

At a prototype for the series, held last fall in Denver, the night was built around the theme of “water.” Guests were escorted up a candlelit stairway to a rooftop pool terrace, replete with raw bar, island-inspired cocktails, live music and, well, synchronized swimmers.

From there, the diners were blindfolded, led to the hotel’s grand ballroom and hand-fed hors d’oeuvres by staff members. When the ‘folds were released, everyone feasted on seafood prepped by star chefs, who worked off an elevated stage.

Plus, there was a liquid nitrogen dessert table (Because … water?).

Currently, Undercover tix are available in Jackson Hole, Vail, San Francisco, Whistler and Palm Beach, with at least nine other locations to be formally announced.

Just wait and see.
