At the new Rollercoaster Restaurant at the Alton Towers Resort in Staffordshire, diners recieve their fishing and chips the old-fashioned way: via roller coaster.

The plates that are used at the restaurant travel an average of 173 miles per week thanks to a 1,312-foot-track with two loop-the-loops and one final “tornado spiral.” Served in metal pods that rely on gravitational force to keep their contents secure, the British theme park’s family-friendly food arrives at your table intact despite the extreme delivery methods — soups and drinks included.

Probably a pretty decent place to order a James Bond-style martini.
