The latest architectural anomaly on the Manhattan skyline is a giant pyramid-shaped residential building on West 57th Street. Designed by the Bjarke Ingels Group, the project, entitled VIA, is “a hybrid between the European perimeter block and a traditional Manhattan high-rise,” according to its project specs.
