As millennials continue to head towards cities, many are choosing to live in co-living spaces, or dorm-style residential buildings, where they can rent a single room but get access to shared amenities.

Dutch architecture firm Concrete has designed a luxury complex for millennials like this in Hong Kong, called Skypark.

The building opened in 2017, according to Business Insiderand residents can rent traditional apartments — studios to two-bedrooms — rather than individual rooms. However, according to Skypark designers, the goal was to fill the building with communal spaces.

The apartments have a rooftop lounge and garden, an indoor pool, a poolside bar, a library and a gym on the 28th floor.

The rooftop garden has views of the city’s skyline and uses recycled rainwater to water the plants. It also has amphitheater-style seating so residents can hang out together.

Rent ranges from $2,000 to $3,400 per month.
