We recently suggested that you could drink wine like a billionaire. Now you can live like one, too. Christie’s International Real Estate is offering up Red Lily Vineyards, a winery in Southern Oregon for just $10 million.

Located in the Applegate Valley in Jacksonville, Oregon, the waterfront estate actually includes a pair of vineyards—Bean Patch and Stargazer— focused heavily on Spanish grape varieties.

Of course, the main event is the estate’s winery, which has a maximum yearly output of 5,000 cases. These days, it’s doing about 3,000 cases per year, sending bottles of tempranillo, tempranillo reserve, rosé, a tempranillo/cabernet sauvignon blend, and verdejo (white) wines to happy customers.

The facility is 5,200 square feet, includes a fermentation room with six tanks; storage rooms for barrels and cases; a covered crush pad (an area where visiting winemakers can produce their own wines) and a conference room. Also included in the facilities is a 1,885-square-foot tasting room, with tall windows and a fireplace—perfect for selling your vintages or just hosting a private family function. Just outside the tasting room is an 800-square-foot covered patio.

Next door to the tasting room is the property’s 80-year-old, 800-square-foot pole barn, which could be another entertainment space, or dare we say, live music venue a la Levon Helm’s.

Besides the wine business, the estate also includes 250 additional acres and 3,300 feet of waterfront along the Applegate River to enjoy. The main residence is a 4,470 square footer, with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two fireplaces. It features a country kitchen with granite counters, along with a front and back porch. It also has its own helipad, wine cellar, grotto (obviously), and extensive bike paths.

If you’re the equestrian type, the property also includes a 3,000-square-foot hay barn; 2,500-square-foot horse stable; and 1,200-square-foot shop.
