This recently built home in Suzhou, China, is stunning, but its location makes it a must-have. The 32-bedroom, 32-bathroom house lies on a private island in China’s largest lake, Dushu. Bedrooms and windows are ideally situated for near-constant lake views, with most facing south for the best natural light. Called “Taohuayuan,” which translates to “cherry blossom land,” the home has lush, manicured gardens and a pond system in the backyard.

In addition to the gardens, Taohuayuan comes with a wine cellar. Xiangshanbang Traditional Architectural and Building Skills incorporated heavy East Asian influences and modern amenities into the home’s design. Reportedly China’s most expensive home currently on the market, the Dushu lake mansion is listed for $154 million. Take a tour of the home below. Find more information on it here.
