Ninety-nine percent of the time, a situation with the words “drinking” and “driving” ends poorly.
The other one percent of the time, it involves this:
The Old Fashioned, a roving bar in a 1954 Boles Aero that serves tasty cocktails and keeps your next backyard shindig classy and chipper.
The Boles Aero was designed by Don Boles, a World War II airplane designer for Lockheed. This one was bought by a local cocktail enthusiast, who did a little retrofitting before hiring a Tasting Kitchen mixologist and Chi SPACCA sommelier to do the bar program.
Inside: a refrigerator, a small sink and a table with seating for six. We recommend designating that as your VIP section.
The standard menu includes spring stiffies like a Lavender Paloma or a Spicy Cilantro Margarita (and an Old Fashioned, obviously), but they can also design a custom menu to your liking.
G’head and give ‘em a call.
Before you know it, you’ll be throwing one back in a throwback.
