Forget the New Bronco. We’re Perfectly OK With This One.

1,500 hours of labor went into the restoration. It worked.

“It begins with raw metal. There are no rules — just creation. It’s more than a job — it’s a passion. Precision founded on experience. The result … is perfection.”

Them’s the words of Velocity Restorations, the party responsible for this one-of-a-kind ‘76 Ford Bronco. We couldn’t agree more.

This beast was built literally from the ground up. Every piece of the head-to-toe restoration was installed in-house in Velocity’s 18,000-square-foot facility in Pensacola, Florida. Fourteen employees put more than 1,500 hours of work into the ride, and their effort shows.

She’s fitted with a custom 2016 Coyote engine integrated with Velocity’s special billet aluminum pulley and accessory system, the only of its kind on the market. The shocks are custom-valved to deftly accommodate the weight of the truck and the specific ride height.

The shop is quick to tell you that attention to detail is their number one priority, from the seat stitching to the pistons to the paint job.

Unsurprisingly, that sort of dedication will cost you. In this case, to the tune of $179k.

But at least it won’t need a tune-up any time soon.
