Some men spend their entire lives collecting cars. They travel far and wide, picking through remote barns and far-flung junkyards in search of the perfect restoration candidate.

Then there are men who go about things a little more efficiently. And the Gooding & Company’s upcoming Scottsdale auction is a place for those guys.

Want a 1960s V12 Ferrari? Done. How about a DB-series Aston Martin? Check. And for fun, shall we throw in a Mercedes Gullwing, and maybe a Shelby Cobra? Well, they’ve got those too.

The annual multi-million-dollar gorge also includes a 1967 Ferrari 275 GTB/4, a ’64 Aston Martin DB5, a ’55 Mercedes-Benz 300 SL and a ’64 Shelby 289 Cobra.

The top dog, is, unsuprisingly, the Ferrari, with pre-sale estimates skimming the $3 million mark. The DB5 is also a rare catch, one of only 220 examples made in a left-hand drive setup. And that Gullwing, a single-owner steed, has just a tad over 31,000 miles on the odometer.

Not to mention, uh, the freaking gullwings:

And should your pockets run deep as the the Pacific, there’s also a Lancia Stratos, a ’69 American Motors AMX/3 prototype, a ’65 Ferrari 500 Superfast and another 275 GTB for the taking. Your only cares in the world afterward will be garage space and beating off all your neighboors as they appear — slobbering and zombie-like — in your front yard each morning hoping to catch a glimpse of your collection.
