After launching a line of lifestyle products and collaborating on a superyacht, Aston Martin, the famed British car company, is entering the real estate market with a 66-story luxury tower in Miami. The car brand’s first real estate project will feature 390 residential units with panoramic views of the Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay, which the property borders. Naturally, the tower will incorporate quirks into the building’s design that nod to the company’s roots as an auto manufacturer. These include a four-car sky garage in the penthouse, which would make it the first tower in the world that allows drivers to step out of their car and directly into their apartment.

On the first floor of the Aston Martin Tower, there will be two private lobbies, a two-floor fitness center with a full-service spa, and private access to an exclusive yacht marina. The building will be home to seven penthouses and a duplex penthouse, each of which is planned to have a private pool and spacious terrace. Other residents will have access to an infinity pool on the 55th floor.

Planned to open in 2021, the residence will be the epitome of Miami luxury with the classic sophistication the British automaker is known for, like bespoke, artisanal door handles and kestrel leather door tabs. Even the reception area will be accented by Aston Martin’s “halo” lighting and furnished with specially designed desks. “We create beautiful cars for those who appreciate automotive fine art,” said Katia Bassi, vp of Aston Martin, “and we are excited to extend our expertise in design and craftsmanship into a project of this caliber.”
