How often does your night out get derailed because of spectacle caused by the group next to you? You’re having a relaxing round with your friends, but the bottle being hand-delivered is showering sparks and confetti into your drink as the folks nearby gesture for you to be excited about their champagne, too. Not your idea of a good time?

Happily, a trend is sweeping through the nightlife world that’s all about the laid-back scene. Instead of the thousand-dollar bottle service experience, some nightclubs are going for a mix between a lounge and dancehall while still offering an upscale night out. From Argentina to Ibiza, RealClearLife has rounded up five clubs from around the world that are skipping the bottle service to foster a more relaxed vibe. Check them out below.
