Paul Wade at Third Street Gym
Wade, who kickboxed his way across Ireland before moving to San Francisco in 1994 and founding the Third Street Gym, leads the city’s best boot camp — it’s a 90-minute, five-day-a-week experience tailor-made to rebooting your system. Next session starts April 4.

Simon Redmond at Hit Fit SF
Simon Redmond, a 1999 Golden Gloves champ, co-founded the Third Street Gym (see above) but launched his own spot in 2007. He doesn’t take personal clients, so your best bet is Hit Fit’s boot camp or his nightly boxing classes.
