So Conrad Bora Bora Nui just opened in the French Polynesia, marking Bora Bora's first luxury property opening in a decade.

It's about as extravagant as you might imagine, with the property's most postcard-perfect feature being a pair of two-story Presidential Villas. Double the fun of the single-story bungalows that can be found at other resorts on the French Polynesian island, Bora Bora Nui’s two supersized bungalows feature upgrades like a whirlpool, a sauna and a rooftop sundeck. The two bungalows are at the top of the resort's overwater options, which also include 84 standard accomodations.

Located in the shadow of 2,385-foot-tall Mount Otemanu, the resort — which has 28 garden villas in addition to its bungalow offerings — gives all guests access to amenities like a full-service spa, fitness center, miniature golf and also offers complimentary water activities.

Add on six restaurants and lounges, an infinity pool with a swim-up bar and a concierge service to the resort's already impressive offerings and we’d say Bora Bora Nui is well underway to becoming the area's crown jewel.

Here’s where to book it.
