American fashion designer Tom Ford is selling his unique New Mexico ranch — and with its $75M price tag, we’re not even sure we can afford to look at the pictures of the property.

Ford cut his chops at Gucci and Yves St. Laurent before going on to start his own line of luxury clothes and accessories and direct a movie or two, and his 20-thousand-acre property outside Santa Fe shares the same clean lines and tasteful opulence as his collections.
Designed by famous Japanese architect Tadao Ando, the Cerro Pelon Ranch is one of the largest properties in Santa Fe county. The asking price is as high as the spec sheet is long.
Has its own landing strip. Check.
Has a horse barn and riding areas (both indoor and outdoor). Check.
Tennis court? You betcha.
Staff quarters, two private guesthouses and house for ranch manager? Yup.
Also on the property is the Silverado movie town, originally designed as a set to the 1985 movie of the same name, which has since been expanded and provided a backdrop for many other films, including All the Pretty Horses, 3:10 to Yuma and Thor.
Wander around the site and you’ll find ancient ruins, pictographs and archaeological treasures to boot.
