If you didn’t have connected friends to recommend the latest luxury brands, you’d be forced to find those luxuries yourself — and wouldn’t that defeat the purpose, working for luxury?

It would, so don’t, with Svbscription, a just-launched men’s service that delivers curated, luxury products and experiences to your door.

Based in NYC but delivering to all zips, Svbscription is run by a cabal of plugged-in culture and fashion tastemakers, including:

    • A curator for Hermes and Barneys

    • The creator of the fashion/design site portable.tv

    • The editor of the Aussie men’s lifestyle mag TheVine

Every three months, Svbscription sends a new, radiantly white box that’s curated around a specific jetsetting theme, e.g., travel, wardrobe, and global culture, and worth at least $450.

The specific contents remain a mystery until you open the box — note: won’t include Gwyneth Paltrow’s pretty head — but each shipment contains up to eight handpicked luxe products and experiences from a coterie of cutting edge aesthetes, like fashion designer Jay Sabatino, Aussie artist David Homer, and advertising avante-garde-ians Chris and Lachlan.

Membership for the first box is already closed — and there’s already a waiting list to join — but the site is reopening subscriptions for 24 hours to accomodate InsideHook readers.

The first Svbscription box will arrive in early July. You won’t have to work for the luxury, but you will have to wait.
