When This Many Porsches Go on Sale, You’re Guaranteed to Find One You Like

Porsche lovers, restrain yourself. 

Because at the third annual Silverstone Auction — the UK’s only stand-alone auction of Porsches — 59 classic Porsche beauties are going up for grabs this Saturday, October 21st.

Partnering with the world’s largest Porsche club, the Porsche Club GB, Silverstone will be offering everything from entry-level 911s to the more breathtaking ‘98 911 Turbo S — the last of the air-cooled steeds — for approximately $375k.

If its star-studded history you’re after, there’s some choice numbers in the celebrity market set to cross the block as well. Glenn Tipton, lead guitar for Judas Priest will be unloading his ‘85 911 Turbo SE. And a Whitesnake guitarist will also be handing over the keys to a Metallic Blue ‘87 Porsche 911 Carrera Supersport Targa for around $71k.

That’s about as metal as it gets.
