When shopping for a new tent, outdoor veterans know how important visibility is.

The easier to spot your tent, the safer you are — from hunters, animals, Dick Cheneys, etc. This is an unspoken truth.

If that’s an outdoor maxim you can get behind, you’ll also be able to get behind the new collaboration from the outdoor argonauts at Poler and Pendleton.

For the two brands from Oregon, the collaboration is something of an old-meets-new project, with Poler bringing a dose of contemporary tech and Pendelton — best known for their woolen blankets — representing what’s tried-and-true in the outdoor world.

Included in the collection: a two-person tent, rucksack, roll-top backpack, camera bag, beach towel and the napsack — a Poler exclusive that’s a cross between a poncho and a sleeping bag. Each piece is made by Poler and features a vibrant print from the Pendleton archives, which is nothing like we’ve seen before from the heritage camp brand.

Nor will it be anything your campmates have seen.

You can check out the full collection at retailers like Woaw.

Here’s to staying stylish and safe in the wild.
