No matter what happens with tonight’s … “thing,” just be thankful you’re not a baby sea iguana.
As this video from the second season of Planet Earth makes pretty clear, the snakes that inhabit the shores of the Galápagos’ Fernandina Island make it rough on the mini marine iguanas.

In addition to flocks of treacherous racer snakes, the juvenile iguanas that live on the island also have to watch out for predators like raptors and crabs in order to survive.
“The iguanas are so beautiful, you’re looking at them through the binoculars, and you can see their little faces,” the episode’s producer, Elizabeth White, told British GQ. “They’re so perfect, and yet within a few minutes, they’re dinner.”
