The PK360 from Portable Kitchen may be the company’s first new design in 40 years, but it might as well be their last. Based on the design of the original aluminum PK grill of the  ‘50s, the PK360 is a new mid-size grill and smoker offering 360 square inches of cooking area.

What sets the grill apart — along with PK’s line of classic grills — is its ability to cook quick-and-dirty or slow-and-low, not mention its high-degree of portability thanks to its detachable pedestal stand .

Equipped with user-friendly controls to manage its four-vent air intake system and stainless steel cooking surfaces, the 95-pound combo cooker includes shelves and an accessory bar.

All in, PK is calling the PK360  a “no compromises” design. Sporting a retro look,  it’s also built to last: “PK Grills are often lifetime purchases handed down from one generation to the next. Every new PK has the potential to become an heirloom grill.”

The company just started taking orders for the first 500-unit run of the PK360, pairing the $899 grill with some tasty bonus add-ons like a pizza stone and rib rack. Check the full range of features in the video below:

You’ll wanna grab yours while they last. Until then, grill on.
