There’s a healthy list of numbers associated with this just-listed Moneymore, Northern Ireland mansion.

Five bathrooms, four bedrooms, four receptions. A triple garage beside an indoor swimming pool with double doors. Some 6,900 square feet of floor plans laid across 28 acres. All clocking in at an approachable $2.9M.

But there’s only one stat that really matters at 50 Cookstown Road: its 980-meter go-kart track.

Theoretically, anyone with a little extra space could carve out a gravel loop in their backyard. The Moneymore track, however, is the real deal. It's up to industry operational standards, with 10 turns flanked by red- and white-checkered low-walls, and wide enough for a deep field of drivers. There are also multiple garages, a polished "race control office" with an exterior patio and a separate mini course for the kids. In other words, it's your very real adult chance to go full Mario Kart, and short of building a lazy river or setting up a drivein movie theater, we can think of few better ways to ingratiate yourself to the neighborhood.
