More than 100 years after Ernest Shackleton’s attempt to cross Antarctica by ship failed, his great-grandson accomplished the first crossing of Earth’s coldest continent ... in a Hyundai. And now there's another — significantly more comfortable — way to follow in Shackleton’s footsteps.
Departing from Ushuaia, Argentina's southernmost port, the Spirit Of Shackleton Antarctic Voyage is a 21-day trip that travels by boat to destinations in Antarctica, the Falkland Islands, the South Shetland Islands and the island of South Georgia.
